Camping Maureillas** is located in the commune of Maureillas-Las-Illas, in the Pyrénées Orientales (66), a stone’s throw from the Spanish border and the Mediterranean Sea. Open all year round, we offer accommodation in air-conditioned 2- or 3-bedroom comfort mobile homes, and pitches for caravans, tents and motor homes. Its perfect location means that you can spend a day in the mountains followed by an evening by the sea. Spain’s open doors are only 9 km away.

We answer your questions
All our customers, whether in mobile homes or pitches, have access to our free wifi network around reception only. Please ask for the password at reception.
Our campsite is semi-shaded. Most of our motorhome, tent and caravan pitches are under the pine forest. As with the pitches, our mobile homes are sheltered by the pine forest. In case of hot weather, all our accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Yes, at Camping Maureillas we’ve thought of everything for your comfort.
Arrivals for pitches and mobile homes are in the afternoon from 3pm. If this is the case, you will receive a message from the campsite team telling you how to proceed. Self-catering arrivals also take place from 6pm (in low season, 8pm in summer), the time when reception closes.
There are no restaurants or grocery stores on our campsite. However, Maureillas town center is just a 5-minute walk from the campsite. Here you’ll find restaurants, a grocery store, a butcher and a baker – everything you need for a pleasant stay in Maureillas-Las-Illas!
To get to the Le Boulou spa center, the region provides a €1 bus (line 550). It leaves from downtown Maureillas and stops at the Le Boulou thermal baths. Don’t hesitate to ask our team for more information when you make your reservation. We’ll be delighted to answer any questions you may have.

We have a total of 66 pitches, including 19 camper van pitches, 8 caravan comfort pitches, 23 bare pitches (tent, camper van or caravan) and 16 mobile homes.
Accessibility
The campsite has adapted facilities for people with reduced mobility, including spacious, specially adapted sanitary cubicles. These facilities offer a space adapted to the specific needs of people with reduced mobility staying at our campsite.

“Background: the old municipal Campsite “Le Tourou” was taken over by a family firm in 2016 and renamed as “Maureillas Campsite”.. The new management has conducted a lot of work to make your stay as pleasant as possible. New toilets and showers were built in 2017 and the outdoor areas were entirely remodelled with the creation of new fully equipped air-conditioned holiday lodges for you.” New air-conditioned mobile-home accommodation for your comfort.”
